Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The petitioner is seeking direction against the Tahsildar to decide his objection. During the course of argument it has been transpired that for the same cause a civil suit has been filed. Considering the nature of dispute, we are of the opinion that civil suit is the appropriate remedy. There shall be no two proceedings for the same cause.
