The approval for the year 2024-2025 of the petitioner for Homeopathic College was rejected by two authorities. As against the judgment of those two authorities, the petitioner has preferred the appeal before respondent no.1. The petitioner has a case that since the stray round is likely to start in the near future, a direction should be given to respondent no.1 to decide the appeal at the earliest.

Considering the facts of the case, the writ petition is allowed with a direction to respondent no.1 to decide the appeal of the petitioner within a week from the date of appearance of the petitioner by giving him hearing.

The petitioner shall appear before respondent no.1 on 02.12.2024.
