Shri M.G.Patil, learned counsel for the applicant submits that parties have arrived at out of Court settlement. He has placed on record compromise deed. He submits that he does not want to proceed with the revision application.

In view of compromise efected between the parties, revision application is disposed of as withdrawn.

Since ofence is compounded, applicant is acquitted of the ofence under Section 13i of the Negotiable Instruments Act. Judgment and order of the trial Court in S.C.C. No.2i7 of 2013 dated 1ith September, 2017 and Judgment and order of the Additional Sessions Judge in Criminal Appeal No.27 of 2017 dated 15th October, 2019, are set aside.

All pending applications stand disposed of.
