Heard. This application is moved for cancellation of interim anticipatory bail granted to the respondent herein. The cancellation has been sought mainly on the ground of breach of condition that was imposed while granting interim protection. 2.

Admittedly the learned Additional Sessions Judge, on hearing both, the informant and the respondent No.2accused, has confirmed the order granting interim anticipatory bail. While allowing the application finally, the Court concerned has considered the objections raised by the applicant herein for grant of anticipatory bail. There are photographs on record to

indicate the applicant had accompanied the respondent - accused to a temple and even exchanged garland. It is informed that, both are married persons, still came together. According to learned counsel for the applicant, this has happened since the respondent - accused threatened the informant with a fire-arm. Therefore, she had no option but to accompany the informant to a temple.

It is now informed that, while granting anticipatory bail, the respondent - accused had been directed to stay away from Beed district, that too till filing of the charge sheet. There are no allegations about breach of this condition. Since the respondent - accused has now been keeping away from the village wherein the informant resides, and on investigation the charge sheet has been filed, the Court is not inclined to allow this application.
