It is an appeal preferred by the appellant / original claimant for enhancement of compensation amount. feeling aggrieved by the judgment and award passed by the MACT, Aurangabad. Mr. S. G. Ghongade, learned counsel, holding for Mr. S. B. Rajebhosale, learned counsel for appellant / original claimant is present and Mr. Ambhore, learned counsel holding for Mr. Mohit Deshmukh, learned advocate for respondent No.2 is present. Mr. Sanket Bhimgade, Administrative Officer of the Insurance Company is also present. 2.

The appeal is placed today before the panel of National LokAdalat. The terms of compromise pursis are placed on record and marked as Art. 'X' for identification and taken on record. The claim between the parties is fully and finally settled including costs and interest at Rs.2,00,000/- in addition to the award passed by the MACT, Aurangabad in MACP No.382 of 2017. The claimant/appellant is

2 PB-210-FA-719-19 present before the Court and he admits the terms and contents of the compromise pursis.

The New India Assurance Co. Ltd. / respondent No.2 shall deposit the amount of compensation of Rs.2,00,000/- in this Court within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of this order and the amount shall be transferred to the MACT, Aurangabad. 4.

The Chairman/Member of MACT, Aurangabad shall pass an appropriate order regarding disbursement of amount of compensation to the original claimants.

The appeal stands disposed of in terms of compromise pursis. No order as to costs.

The Chairman/Member, Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Aurangabad be informed accordingly.

The court fee refund certificate be issued as per the rules. 8.
