The minutes of the meeting with regard to open space No.OS-22 clearly indicates that the Authorities have decided not to convert the residential area into an industrial area. The Writ Petition is filed on complete misconception that the conversion has been ordered. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner desires to withdraw this Petition. As such, this Petition is disposed off, as withdrawn on instructions.
