Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that, the land acquisition proceedings are initiated. Notification u/s 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 is issued and within six months, the proceedings would be decided.
