The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that Petitioner is not personally aggrieved but representing the cause for public at large and seeking direction to take appropriate action by registering F.I.R. against the doctors who are practicing without possessing

Keeping in view the submissions made across the Bar by the learned counsel appearing for Petitioner and the reliefs claimed, prima facie it appears that the Petition is in the nature of Public Interest Litigation. Therefore, it will be open for the Petitioner to register this Petition in accordance with the procedure established for Public Interest Litigation petition and after taking such steps, Registry to find out whether the said Petition is in accordance with the rules for filing Public Interest Litigation petition and then re-number the proceedings.
