The learned Advocate appearing for the applicant submits that the bank account of the applicant is standing in the applicant's maiden name.

Having considered the submissions advanced and the fact that the amount pertains to the maintenance amount, the application deserves to be allowed. Hence, following order:

Criminal Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (B).

Office to consider the disbursement of the amount in the account after considering her name appearing in the PAN Card or any other document.
