Mr. Bhokarikar, learned counsel submits that petitioners have submitted proposal seeking approval to the appointment of one Mr. Vivek Devidas Kulkarni as Lecturer in the Junior College (Exh. A). The matter is not yet decided.

The learned AGP accepts notice for all respondents and submits that in case such proposal is pending the authorities will decide the same in accordance with law.

In case the proposal (Exh. A) seeking approval to the appointment of Mr. Vivek Devidas Kulkarni is pending with respondent no. 3, respondent no. 3 shall decide the same, on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within four months.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
