Mr. Bhokarikar, learned counsel submits that petitioners have submitted proposal seeking approval to the appointment of Mr. Nitin Nandkishor Khare as Lecturer in the Junior College (Exh. A). The matter is not yet decided. 2.

The learned AGP accepts notice for all respondents and submits that in case such proposal is pending the authority will decide the same in accordance with law.

In case the proposal (Exh. A) seeking approval to the appointment of Mr. Nitin Nandkishor Khare is pending with respondent no. 3, the respondent no. 3 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously, preferably within four months. 4.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
