Learned counsel concur on that the parties have amicably settled the matter inter-se and further request that the terms of settlement arrived at and filed in this matter may be transmitted to the court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ahmednagar, for further orders.

In the circumstances, the terms of settlement stated to have been submitted in this miscellaneous civil application along with incidental papers (keeping photo copies thereof in this matter) be transmitted to the court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Ahmednagar where the proceedings bearing Hindu

MCA-236.16.doc Marrige Petition No. 404 of 2014 are pending, for further appropriate action and orders.

In view of aforesaid, nothing survives in this miscellaneous civil application and the same stands accordingly disposed of.
