First Appeal No.1869 of 2014 is not on Board. Taken on Board. 02.

Learned Advocate Mr. Kakade along with appellants/claimants, learned AGP for the respondent State and learned Advocates appearing for the Acquiring Body in respective matters along with representative Ms. Surekha Bhimrao Korke, Executive Engineer, Jalna are present before the panel. They tender on record the terms of compromise. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Same is treated as an undertaking. 03.

We have ascertained the identification of the appellants with the assistance of their learned Counsel.

They seek leave to withdraw first appeals in view of the terms of compromise, which is marked as "X". The first appeals stand disposed off in terms of settlement Exhibit "X" and the minutes of the order passed today. 05.

The respondent/acquiring body shall deposit the amount of compensation before this Court within a period of one year from today. On deposit of amount, the appellants/claimants are permitted to withdraw the same along with accrued interest, if any.

The appellants/claimants make a statement that except them,

( 5 ) there are no other stake holders to the subject matter covered by the present appeals.

07.

The court fees be refunded as per rules. If there is deficit Court fees, same should be deposited and thereafter there shall be refund of the Court fees as per rules.

Award be drawn up accordingly.
