The learned AGP submits that the impugned order dated 09.10.2023 has been recalled by Respondent No.2. He has issued a notice dated 06.11.2023 to Respondent No.3 management to remove the deficiencies in the proposal and re-tender the proposal, so as to be decided on its own merits. 2.

Considering the above statement, let the above stated exercise be completed within sixty [60] days. 3.

In view of the above direction, this Petition is disposed off.
