In nutshell, it is the contention of learned counsel for the applicant that despite of taking all the efforts to effect service through ordinary mode of service as well as by Registered Post A.D., the service could not be effected on respondent no.2 for want of correct address. It is the contention of the applicant that applicant is not aware of any address other than mentioned in the original proceeding.
2] In view of the application made supported by affidavit, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" on pre-deposit of requisite charges of paper publication.
