(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant, Toufik Abdul Rehman Maniyar, be released on bail on executing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh) with one solvent surety in the like amount in connection with Crime No.723 of 2022, registered by Rahuri Police Station, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 18(A), 18(C), 22(cca), 27, 27(B)(ii), 28 of Drugs and Cosmetics Act, Section 328, 420, 276 read with Section 34 of IPC and Section 21, 21(b), 22,
