1] The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would challenge the impugned order before the appropriate authority as alternate remedy is available to the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the time spent in prosecuting the present Writ Petition be excluded under Section 14 of the Limitation Act for computing the period of limitation in filing the appropriate proceedings before the authority. 2] In view of the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy as available in law.

4892.23WP 3] The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present Writ Petition with above liberty.

4] Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
