The petitioners seek inter district transfers. The petitioners are working as an Assistant Teacher in Tribal welfare zone.

Mr. Narwade, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since many years these petitioners are working in tribal department. The Government Resolution dated 6th August, 2002, is not being considered.

Mr. Shelke, learned counsel for the respondent submits that the Government Resolution dated 24th April, 2017, is in vogue and the same would apply for inter district transfers. 4.
Mr. Narwade, learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, states that Zilla Parishad, Nandurbar has already issued N.O.C. for the transfers.

Be that as it may, the transfers shall be governed by the Government Resolution dated 24th April, 2017. If the petitioners make such an applications, then the authorities would consider the case of the petitioners in accordance with the relevant government resolutions and the policy and shall take decision upon it at the time of General Transfers. The petitioners may make a comprehensive application in that regard to the competent authority.
