PER COURT :- 1.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petition is presented in this Court on a grievance that the directions of this Court to the respondent Authorities i.e. Police Authorities to fle charge-sheet expeditiously was not complied with, post presenting the petition in this Court, it is informed to the petitioner that in view of the directions of this Court, the chargesheet is fled in the competent Court of law. As such, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, prayed for withdrawal of the petition.

Accepting the statement of the learned counsel as well as taking on record the copy of the communication received by the petitioner and marked as 'X' for identifcation, petition is allowed to be withdrawn.

Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
