The Applicant-Corporation seeks to condone the delay of 109 days caused in filing appeal against the Award passed by the Tribunal under the provisions of the Motor Vehicles Act. 2.

Heard learned advocate for the applicant and the respondent No.3. Although, other respondents are served, none appears for them.

Having considered the submissions advanced and the reasons as stated in the application, case is made out to condone the delay. Hence, Civil application is allowed. Delay of 109 days caused in filing the appeal stands condoned. Civil application is disposed off.
