CORAM : R. G. AVACHAT AND ABASAHEB D. SHINDE, JJ.
DATED : NOVEMBER 20, 2025 P.C.:
1.
In this Writ Petition, the grievance raised is that the caste certificate issued to the petitioner of belonging to Koli-Mahadev Scheduled Tribe were tried to be submitted before the Caste Scrutiny Committee for its verification. However, the Caste Scrutiny Committee have insisted that the petitioner should submit the caste certificates in Form "C" postulated under the Maharashtra Act No.XXIII of 2001. The petitioner accordingly have requested the respondent/Sub Divisional Officer, Majalgaon, District Beed to issue the caste certificates in Form "C" as contemplated under the Maharashtra Act No. XXIII of 2001. However, the same has not been issued and, therefore, this writ petition.
