We have carefully perused the pleadings in the petition and prayers therein. In our opinion, since the specific provisions are made in the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code and the petitioner has to approach the competent authorities prescribed under the said Act, we are not inclined to exercise writ jurisdiction. Hence, the writ petition stands rejected.
