The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is issued with the caste certificate of Mannervarlu (Scheduled Tribe) with wrong spelling. The respondent/Sub Divisional Officer be directed to issue corrected tribe certificate. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for both respondents.

The petitioner shall file on-line application and submit the original tribe certificate with incorrect spelling to the respondent No. 2. On receipt of the original tribe certificate with incorrect spelling, the

2 927-WP13726-19.odt Sub Divisional Officer shall issue correct tribe certificate to the petitioner within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of the earlier original tribe certificate.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
