Ms. Dhumal, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would file application/representation with respondent no.3 for sanction of family pension.

The learned counsel for respondent no.3 submits that, in case, the petitioner files such an application, the Authority would decide it on its own merits.

The petitioner may file an application with respondent no.3 with regard to claim of family pension. The respondent no.3 shall decide the said

(2) 4-wp-476-2016 application on its own merits, in accordance with law and as per procedure, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of application.
