Heard the learned Advocate for the husband and wife, who have preferred separate application for transfer of proceedings under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

At the joint request of the learned Advocates the divorce proceeding pending at Nashik bearing No. A284/2019 is transferred to Family Court at Ahmednagar. The parties shall appear in the Family Court at Ahmednagar on 08.10.2021 and there shall be no need for that Court to issue notice to them.

All the Courts taking up different matters between the parties at Ahmednagar shall, as far as possible, list the matters on the same day.
