This matter was heard for some time.

I proposed to the learned advocates that since the status-quo was granted on 28.03.2016 by the Appellate Court in R.C.A. No.21/2016 in favour of the petitioners, it would be appropriate to direct the Appellate Court to decide the said appeal within two months and the status-quo would be continued.

Both the learned advocates have agreed and therefore, I am passing the following order :- (a) This Writ Petition is disposed off by continuing the status-quo granted on 28.03.2016, which was in force till October, 2019. (b) The said status-quo shall continue till 10.01.2020.

*2* 940wp14290o19 (c) As the next date for final hearing in RCA No.21/2016 is 04.12.2019, the litigating sides would conclude their oral final submissions by the end of 05.12.2019. The written notes of submissions are also permitted.

(d) The Appellate Court shall deliver it's final judgment in the said appeal on 10.01.2020.
