Writ petition was dismissed in default. Earlier CA No.9234 of 2022 also suffered delay. It was allowed without imposing costs and an opportunity was granted to the applicant to remove the offce objections within 16 days. Yet the objections are not removed.

In such circumstances, this civil application does not deserve to be entertained.

However, the learned advocate for the applicant submits that, the applicant is a senior citizen. He will deposit Rs.1,000/- (Rs. One Thousand) with the Advocate's Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad and remove all offce objections, both on or before 21.1.2023. aaa/-
