The Petitioner desires that this Court should issue a Writ of Mandamus for recovering his pending bills. The Petitioner is a private contractor.

Considering the above, we are not inclined to entertain this petition. Nevertheless, if the concerned Respondent does not find any dispute as regards the payment to be made,

*2* 928wp14406o23 appropriate steps may be initiated. If the grievance of the Petitioner is not redressed, he is at liberty to seek recovery of his dues by filing a Recovery Suit, provided the Law of Limitation so permits.
