1] This application seeking leave to file appeal is filed by original informant, accompanying with the appeal.

2] We have considered the submissions of counsel for the applicant, perused the findings recorded by the trial court. It appears that the evidence of the informant who is injured in the accident, his brother Nivrutti and the Medical evidence, has not been properly considered by the trial court. Prima facie, it appears that the findings recorded by the trial court are not in consonance with the evidence brought on record by the prosecution. In that view of the matter, the application seeking leave to appeal is allowed. Same stands disposed of.
