The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that in Securitisation Application No.17 of 2021, the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Aurangabad has orally stated in the Court on 2nd November, 2023, in the presence of the learned Advocates, that the application is being dismissed. However, we are informed that the order is still not uploaded and the learned Presiding Officer is on leave and he would resume the work on 8th December, 2023.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner further submits that this Petition can be disposed off, if the learned Tribunal is called upon to upload the order.

s order by 15th of December, 2023.
