The learned counsel for the petitioners to take steps to bring the legal heirs of deceased respondent No. 15.

This Court by order dated 15th September, 2022, while issuing notice permitted the partition proceeding to continue, but directed the revisional authority not to deliver the possession of the property till the next date. 3.

In further modification of the order dated 15th September, 2022, I deem it appropriate to direct that no parties shall create any third party interest qua Gat No. 391 of Village Kapadne, Taluka and District Dhule. Earlier interim order passed on 15.9.2022 would continue to operate till the decision of the petition. Civil Application is disposed of. 4.

List the writ petition on 11.1.2023.
