1] We have heard the learned counsel for the respective parties. Mr. Chaudhari submits that the petitioner has also filed a Criminal Application for quashing the complaint and the matter is kept on 10th February, 2016. This Court while issuing notice had granted interim relief in terms of prayer clause (C).

2] Mr. Chaudhari, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition on the ground that a Criminal Application is filed for quashing the complaint. Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. Interim order passed by this Court shall continue to operate till 10th of February, 2016. Needless to state that the same shall come to an end on 10th February, 2016. [A.M. BADAR] [S.V.
