The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has given an application dt. 02.09.2018 for license of Video Game Parlor. The same is not being attended or considered by the authority. 2.

The authority shall decide the application filed by thepetitoiner for grant of license to run Video Game Parlor (Page 11, Exh. B) on its own merits, expeditiously, preferably within two months from today.
