The present appeal is filed on the ground of quantum by the Insurance Company.

Heard the learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the respective parties. The applicant/claimant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in this Court along with accrued interest thereon till date on usual terms and conditions to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

After submission of usual undertaking by the claimant/applicant, the Registrar (Judicial) is directed to release 50% of deposited amount to the applicant along with accrued interest. The application for withdrawal of amount stands disposed of.
