We have heard Mr. Kulkarni, the learned Advocate for the petitioners. The ld. Advocate submits that, the petitioners have acted in good faith and bona fidely in accordance with the executive instructions and the rules. There was no occasion for the respondents Gajanan

2 13836.2019wp..doc to suspend the services of the petitioners. The petitioners are ready to face the inquiry, however the suspension is not to be resorted to. 2.

We have heard Shri. Pulkundwar, the learned counsel for respondent Nos.4 & 5.

The departmental enquiry has already been initiated against the petitioners. The charge-sheet is also issued to the petitioners. The petitioners have also filed say as per their contentions.

In light of that we need not interfere with the order of suspension. Needless to state the authority shall proceed with the enquiry and endeavour to complete it as expeditiously as possible. 5.
