The learned Additional GP at the outset, on instructions, makes a statement that the tribe claim of the petitioner which is pending with the respondent No.4 Committee will be decided as expeditiously las possible, however, within 3 months from today.

In the light of the statement made by the learned Additional Govt. pleader we dispose of this petition. No coercive steps/action be taken against the petitioner, on the ground of not submitting tribe validity certificate for 3 months from today or till the decision is taken by the committee, whichever occurs first.
