The present appeal is filed on the ground of contributory negligence and the quantum of compensation. The present application is filed for withdrawal of amount of compensation deposited in this Court.

Without going into the details in the matter I deem it appropriate to permit the applicants to withdraw 75% of the compensation amount out of her share only deposited in this Court along with accrued interest till date. The amount of minors be kept in fixed deposit in any nationalize bank.

The applicants are at liberty to move further application for withdrawal in respect of minor in the event occasion arise.. The

937 CA 13342-2023 application for withdrawal of amount stands disposed of. 4.

The appeal is admitted.
