2] The petitioner was elected to the grampanchayat in elections held in February, 2012. The term of the Panchayat Samiti, which was elected to office in February, 2012, would have by efflux of time, come to an end in February, 2017. Thus, the petitioner's challenge to the disqualification by order dated 15.10.2015 passed by the Additional Divisional Commissioner has now become infructuous.

3] Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as infructuous.
