Heard Shri Dande, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and Shri B.N. Patil, the learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1 and Shri Salgare, the learned AGP appearing for the respondent-State.

Though the learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1 has opposed for condoning the delay stating that the reasons as are assigned are insufficient to condone the delay, after having perused the applications, I am convinced that the delay has been sufficiently explained. I am, therefore, inclined to allow the present applications. Hence, the following order:

ORDER
i) The applications are allowed.
ii) The delay caused in filing the appeals is condoned. The appeals be registered in accordance with law. iii) Civil applications for condonation of delay stand disposed of.
iv) After registration of the appeals, issue notice to the respondents. Shri B.N. Patil waives notice for respondent no.1. Shri Salgare the learned AGP waives notice for respondent-State. Service complete.
v) List the appeals for further consideration after six weeks.
