The alleged weapons and the robbed ornaments have been recovered in the case. There are no antecedents to the discredit of the applicant. Considering the material progress in the case, it would be inappropriate to keep the applicant behind the bar. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant, Shaikh Nazeer Shaikh Shafik, be released on bail on executing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with one solvent surety in the like amount in connection with Crime No.274 of 2022, registered at Kranti Chowk Police Station, District Aurangabad for the offence punishable under Sections 394 read with
