In Civil Application No.14797 of 2023, for the reasons stated in the civil application for condonation of delay, more particularly, the administrative reasons, the delay of 78 days is condoned. The civil application for condonation of delay stands disposed of.

In Civil Application No.14798 of 2023, the learned counsel for the applicant has produced order dated 08.12.2021 passed in Civil Application No.13084

2 ca 14797.2023+ of 2021 in First Appeal Stamp No.29469 of 2021 and submits that in the connected matters stay is granted to the impugned award of the reference court, subject to deposit of 50% of the amount under the impugned award within 12 weeks.

In view of the same, there shall be ad interim stay to the impugned award of the reference court, subject to deposit of 50% amount as directed by the reference court along with accrued interest thereon till date within a period of 12 weeks from today.
