The respondents are served. Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 were earlier represented through Advocate Mr. S.J. Salgare. Now, Advocate Mr. Salgare is appointed as AGP and therefore he cannot appear for the respondents-claimants. However, considering that the parties are served, this Court is inclined to hear the application for condonation of delay. The delay is of 2647 days caused in filing the appeal by the acquiring body.
