Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The complainant and the applicant are close relatives. The victim herself had sent her indecent photographs to him. Then, she married. Thereafter, the applicant allegedly her photographs viral. Hence, the report was lodged. The alleged mobile handset through which the photographs of the victim have been made viral has been recovered. The applicant is married to the sister of the victim. Nothing remained to be recovered from the applicant. Therefore, it would not be appropriate to keep the applicant behind bar. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant NITIN NANDU KHARAT be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount, in Crime No.385 of 2022, registered by Police Station Satara, District Aurangabad, for the offence punishable under Section 354(D) of the IPC and Section 67(A) of the Information Technology Act, on the condition not to contact the victim.
