In similarly situated matters, the Court allowed the withdrawal applications. Hence, the following order :
O R D E R
(i) The applications are partly allowed.
(ii) The applicants are allowed to withdraw 75% of the total amount of compensation deposited with this Court with accrued interest. 50% amount be released on furnishing usual undertaking and balance 25% on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
(iii) The balance amount be kept in Fixed Deposit in any of the Nationalized Bank on the yearly renewal basis as per rules.
