This application is filed for setting aside the order of dismissal made on 24th June, 2016. The learned counsel now appearing for the applicant submits that the Advocate, who was on record, needed to take care of the matter and the client should not suffer for the act. The learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to see that the main matter is heard on merit and disposed of at the earliest possible and if the date is fixed therefor, the matter would be argued on that day.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the applicant, the order dated 24th June, 2016 is revoked. The Writ Petition No. 5525/2010 is restored to its file.
