The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 30.9.2019 passed by the executing Court, by which, application Exhibit 35, filed by the decree holders in RD No.112 of 2013, has been allowed and Rs.10,000/- per month from the salary of the petitioner / judgment debtor has been attached. The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that he is superannuating on 31.12.2019. 2.

I have perused the petition paper book, which indicates various orders passed against the petitioner. He has also been convicted under Section 252(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure for an offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF BOMBAY

BENCH AT AURANGABAD 2- WRIT PETITION NO.14190 OF 2019 by the petitioner, by judgment dated 12.2.2016. By an order passed by this Court, dated 20.12.2017, in CRA No.245 of 2017, the petitioner is directed to deposit an amount of Rs.73,000/- in this Court. The CRA was disposed off and the petitioner was released on the bail on the conditions set out in the order. 3.

The record reveals that the petitioner'

s monthly salary is Rs.20,000/-. The impugned order does not appear to be perverse or erroneous. This petition, being devoid of merits is, therefore, dismissed.
