The submission of learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant by way of present application is, the applicant/petitioner be permitted to place on record certain documents, namely, the advertisement being published by respondent Management and these documents would advance the case of the petitioner. As in the petition, even the notices are not yet issued, the application for amendment is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out by 14th December, 2018.
