The order dated 5th December, 2024 shows that the Petitioner had made a statement that he would deposit an amount of Rs.2.00 lakh to show his bona fides. Accordingly, he deposited the said amount. However, he remained absent on the subsequent dates. On 18th June, 2025, it was specifically observed that in case the Petitioner remained absent on the next date, the Petition would be dismissed. Today, neither Petitioner nor anyone appears on his behalf. 2.

In view of the above, the Petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
