The grievance of the petitioners is in respect of non-allotment of 32 plots.

An affidavit is filed by respondent Nos.4 and 5 and it is submitted that the encroachers have filed a civil suit, bearing R.C.S. No. 161 of 2018, for injunction against the Corporation and an order of status-quo is passed in favour of the encroachers. The said order of status-quo is still in force.

In view of the fact that there is a prohibitory order against the Municipal Corporation, no further orders can be passed in the writ petition. However, if the prohibitory order against the Corporation stands vacated, then, the petitioners may agitate their grievance afresh. 5.

With the aforesaid observations, writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
