1] This is an application for condonation of delay. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for the non applicant Nos. 2 to 4.

2] The averments made in the application are not controverted by filing any affidavit by the respondent. It is stated in the application that the petitioner's mother was suffering from various diseases and hence delay was caused. Even the ground of financial crisis is spelt out from the application. 3] Considering the averments made in the application, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned.
